Q: Why are there so many books, movies, documentaries, etc. about the Holocaust? Why do we keep retelling this story?
The Holocaust was a devastating war in the world's history. This war showed the ignorance and brutilaty of humans. Many people were killed for pointless reasons (like their race, religion. etc) .
The Holocaust also dealed with many raids and historical events in WW2. WW2 was a war that took place all around the world. The diaries and letters of many of the victims must have displayed the cruelty of the war, so the records of today are wide and open. During the Holocaust, non-Jews were also killed for helping the Jews. The Nazis killing their own people must have been absurd and many people should remember that. Survivors from the war are also still alive and interviews prove alot of new facts and the information of this topic is growing steadily.
